“We are thrilled to welcome you to our new, state-of-the-art Dining, Learning, and Well-being Center. Thanks to a collaborative partnership among Dining Services, our nutrition team, and the University Health Center, we have an unprecedented opportunity to not only serve our customers but also interact with them in ways we never have before. Through features like the nutrition teaching kitchen, intentionally designed menus, and our educational outreach program, we have a platform to showcase how mindfulness can be both enriching and delicious." — Chef Robert Clark
