The University of Georgia Military Science Department has been an integral part of the University since its beginning. Throughout the University's history, Army ROTC graduates have gone on to become, not only military leaders, but state and national leaders as well. Through the department's pursuit of excellence, each Cadet of the Bulldog Battalion will be educated, trained, and inspired to become a leader of character. Leaving the University of Georgia prepared and competent to serve successfully as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
As alumni and supporters, you have the ability to ensure the ongoing success of our program. Donations to the Army ROTC General Fund can be applied to defray the costs of staff rides and field training exercises, ROTC competition support, battalion coins, expenses for guest speakers, event location rentals, awards for recognition of excellence, new fitness/recreational equipment, and other costs that are not covered by our normal operating budget.
You may also select to contribute to the Army ROTC Alumni Scholarship Fund in the dropdown below. The Army ROTC Scholarship fund assists in the purchase of uniforms for graduating seniors. This scholarship fund is in the process of becoming an endowed fund. Any contribution helps with this goal.
